The Problem: Employees at a multinational technology company were not making high urgency and high impact decisions using the correct decision framework thereby impeding work and business results.

My Process: After conducting a needs assessment with stakeholders, leaders, and learners, I designed and developed a two-part learning experience. To level set employees on the use of decision frameworks and the one leaders wanted implemented, they completed a self-paced online learning module created using Articulate Rise. The module included interactive activities like drag/drop case studies, videos, and downloadable templates. While the course is proprietary and therefore cannot be shared, the following screenshots show images from the course with any proprietary information blurred.

Results: The online course was well-received as demonstrated on learner surveys and led to the request by stakeholders of a second level, advanced continuation of the content in the form of an instructor-led course.

This image shows the introduction with an explanation of navigation tools and the different modules of the course.

This image shows the video that kicks off the first module and describes the importance of the content by showing a scenario.
