Job Aids
The Problem: For various upskilling needs and human performance gaps, a full course whether in person or online may not be the most effective solution. In fact it may be the wrong solution. A properly conducted needs assessment will sometimes show that a well-designed job aid may be the most effective learning intervention.

Solution: With feedback from end users, stakeholders, and leadership, the following job aids were designed for various learning situations. Feedback was gathered from end users when introduced and a continuous feedback loop was instituted so that future iterations could be created when needed.
